However, I wonder whether that would be enforcible, given how retarded (in the literal sense) the legal system is. Also, attribution is easier because it's one-sided - notification is more like a dialog, which might lead to problems (e.g. what happens if the respective author's e-mail address has been deactivated). Nevertheless, it would be worth <a href="http://creativecommons.org/contact/#community" rel="nofollow">exploring</a> the possibility of making this happen...
