Also potentially worth noting is that, if you don’t feel you’re getting the high enough speeds, you can downgrade to their cheaper “Value” option (when I was a customer, you could do this any time you liked – not sure whether that’s still the case) which is a little over half the price. They're not cheap, but for a heavy user, they;re apparently fast and reliable. Sorry to hear you had such a pain with Orange. I will never use them again for that very same reason.
